  Contact our Customer Experience team within 30 days of your delivery date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring at least 50% of the product remains in the bottle to qualify for a clinical performance review.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you keep your tracking receipt for verification.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
